The holiday homecan accommodate 8 people, €1000 per additional person, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms withshowers/WC. It has a large living room with cinema screen and a fully equipped modern kitchen.

The living room consists of a fully equipped SMEG American kitchen with large stove, pantry and separate storage space, a large dining room and a living room with a panoramic view of the forest.

The house is entirely managed by a latest generation home automation system with touch screen control, large projection screen (Input VOO decoder, Apple TV, Chromecast and HDMI) and airplay sound system.

The entire building is accessible (except the laundry room which isreserved for long-term reservations)

It is forbidden to party, to make noise outside after 10:00 p.m. under risk of being asked to leave the premises immediately. The firefighters have set the occupancy at a maximum of 8 people and the police will be called for any overflow.
